1. When Transfers Happen
Global Fix IT may use providers and infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area.
Where GDPR applies, transfers to third countries are documented and carried out using an appropriate legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard available under the GDPR.
The protection provided by the GDPR continues to apply to personal data transferred to a third country.
2. Transfer Register
The providers below process personal data on our behalf. Each entry records what the provider does, the data it sees, the transfer mechanism relied on and the additional measures applied.
| Provider | Service | Data | Country | Mechanism | Additional measures |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, web security | IP addresses, request metadata, security and log data | [TO BE COMPLETED: Cloudflare processing locations] | [TO BE COMPLETED: adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable] | Encryption, access controls, data minimisation, security measures |
We keep this register current. If you need the detail behind an entry, or a copy of the safeguard relied on, contact us at the address below.
3. Standard Contractual Clauses
Standard Contractual Clauses are instruments approved by the European Commission for certain international transfers. Where we rely on them, they are agreed with the provider before any personal data is transferred.
4. Your Rights and Related Policies
How we process personal data in general, the legal bases we rely on and how to exercise your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. Transfers are covered by section 13 of that document.
